
Her unique prenatal yoga class goes well beyond simply modifying yoga poses – she encourages community in the group and strives to make pregnancy as comfortable as possible.
The aim is to allow for relaxation and fun using different techniques ranging from pranayam in preparation for labour to balances, adapting each exercise so everyone is involved and feeling supported.
