I’m Lucy, an Executive, Career and Life Coach who helps women who want more from their career and lives.

I’m a certified and accredited coach with training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Counselling Skills. My approach is to combine life and career coaching as your career is about you as a person and connected to all areas of your life. My coaching is about exploring what you want and what might be getting in the way of that. We also explore your identity, strengths and talents and work on confidence building, all the while creating an action plan to get you where you want to be.

I understand that often the work landscape is different for women and my coaching takes this into account.

 I also have over 20 years’ experience in marketing for media and publishing organisations and have run my own marketing consultancy. I have 2 children and love yoga and wild swimming. 

I help women who feel stuck, overwhelmed or lacking in confidence about their work.

My clients come from all sorts of career paths, they are all ambitious and have achieved successful careers but have reached a point where they feel stuck. Their confidence may have been dented by challenging work situations, redundancy or maternity. They may be unsure of their next step but they are keen for support as they know they want to make an impact and have a fulfilling career.

Some are keen to achieve a promotion and pay rise, some want support to be a great leader, some want to create a great return to work and some want to change their career.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions (single sessions and 3 month programmes) either in person or online.
