Grace Rahman

I am a UKCP trainee Psychotherapist offering affordable therapy for adult individuals and couples.

About me

I have completed my psychotherapy training (in Transactional Analysis) and have undertaken additional training in couples counselling. I am offering low cost counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples while I accumulate hours for full UKCP accreditation. I work integratively, tailoring therapy to the individual/couple and their needs.

I am also an Occupational Therapist and have worked across adult mental health and physical disability settings. I bring a wealth of experience from this to my psychotherapy practice and I welcome clients who are impacted by disability and life-limiting illness, either themselves or as carers and loved-ones.

What I offer

Sometimes difficulties we experience in our lives and relationships can feel overwhelming or out of our control. We may wonder why we react in certain ways or why problems seem to repeat themselves. Or we may just need some holding when life gets bumpy.

I provide a space where you can feel held and deeply understood, where you can bring all parts of yourself without judgement. I can help you to explore where and why patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour may have formed, and support you to release their grip to bring about the changes you need.

As a couple I will support you to work through problems, communicate better, find balance and grow.
