Welcome! I’m Clare. My compassion for the human experience is the foundation of what I bring to my work as a therapist. With a Masters in Integral Counselling from San Francisco (2006), I currently work with adults as a Psychotherapist/Coach and ThetaHealing^® Practitioner. I also offer Reiki, which, like psychotherapy, can be done in-person and from afar. 

•  EMDR can help integrate and move through past traumas so you can move on with your life in a positive way.
• EMDR and ThetaHealing^® can shift core beliefs that have previously held you back.
• Other energy work techniques, including mindful awareness of the body & EFT, can bring incredible insight to situations, beliefs and relationships.
• My toolbox also includes the use of visualisation, art therapy and practical goal setting.

As I’ve witness peoples’ growth, I’ve learned to trust in the resilience of the human spirit. From supporting one emotionally, to actively clearing subconscious beliefs or shifting thought patterns, I can offer you experiences and tools to create sustainable change in your life.

I feel extremely honoured to be in the position of supporting people on very deep and personal levels. This brings me much joy and gratitude!

When we are truly heard, we can heal.  The presence of a therapist in the face of difficulty can make all the difference in how one is able to move through something challenging.

With the absence of ‘The Village’ we expect ourselves to go through things alone – way too often!  I can offer to walk alongside your difficulties and support your nervous system in coping better with adversity, relaxing into acceptance, or coming up with unique ways in which to problem solve. I see my role as empowering you as a client to know what’s best for you.
