As a certified Rolfer® my focus is on structural integration, bringing the whole body into balance by releasing habituated patterns of fascial and muscular tension and so allowing the body to relax into alignment.

As a certified Rolfer® my focus is on structural integration, bringing the whole body into balance by releasing habituated patterns of fascial and muscular tension and so allowing the body to relax into alignment.
I am a certified Rolfer and an active member of the European Rolfing Association.
My journey into Rolfing began with personal health challenges which Rolfing helped me to overcome. Inspired by my own experience, I decided to become a Rolfer to assist others in their health journeys. I graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in June of 2015.
I prioritise ongoing learning. I have specialized training in pulmonary (lung) rehabilitation, spinal biomechanics and nerve mobilization.
Most clients come to me for help with pain or posture. My approach is to systematically bring the whole body into balance, harmonizing all of the tissue relationships in the body.
A native of California, I am gradually acclimating to the colder, wetter climate of England. Outside of my practice, I enjoy outdoor adventures and spending time with my two sons.
I use hands on manipulation for therapeutic purposes, balancing fascia, muscle, joints and neurovascular structures.
There are multiple benefits which include the relief of chronic pain, release of chronic tension, increased mobility, stability and ease as well as helping you process emotions and so reduce the negative effects of stress.
