Veronica Frances

I am a Grief Coach supporting people whose lives have been changed by grief and loss – whether through bereavement, relationship endings, life transitions or the uncertainty of the times we’re living in.

About me

Welcome. I’m Veronica and I support people whose lives have been changed by grief and loss – whether through bereavement, relationship endings, major life changes or uncertainty. Often, the people I work with are the ones who are used to holding a lot in life and ready to be held themselves.

I came to work with grief and loss through both my lived experience and professional certificate in loss and grief. I work within an established ethical framework and participate in regular supervision.

My approach is grounded in the work of leading grief educators Dr. Alan Wolfelt and Francis Weller. At the heart of this, I believe that grieving is not something to be rushed but a deeply personal and meaningful process that, in its own time, helps us find life again. I do not come with a map, timeline or formula. My role is to meet you wherever you are and walk alongside from here.

“I loved my time working with Veronica. She instantly made me feel relaxed and heard. Even after 10 years losing my mum, it was powerful to explore my grief and Veronica has empowered me to find deeply personal ways to honour her. I am grateful for Veronica’s wisdom and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support through the grieving process.” Sophie

What I offer

If you’ve been feeling alone in your grief or uncertain about life ahead, you are warmly welcome. With patience, support and companionship, over time many people learn how to carry grief and loss differently and find meaning in life from here. This is the essence of the support I offer.

I offer private talk-based sessions – a space where you don’t have to be polished or strong. My approach is gentle, unhurried and personable, and I’m not afraid of how deep you might need to go. I listen deeply, ask questions with care, and offer guidance when it feels helpful.

Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes, held in confidence, and take place at a regular weekly or fortnightly time, depending on what feels most supportive.

Grief and life transitions are deeply personal and tender. They benefit from consistency, so we would typically work together over a number or weeks or months, based on what feels right for you.

Whether your grief is recent or long-held, visible or private, you are welcome. If something in this speaks to you, you’re welcome to book a free introductory call.

“What sets Veronica apart is her genuine compassion and ability to create a safe space where I feel truly heard. She has an extraordinary gift for seeing beneath the surface and guiding me to identify paths that I couldn’t see myself. Through her thoughtful wisdom and compassionate presence, I feel lighter and more hopeful about life ahead. Josie
