I’m a friendly, genuine and warm person, who will offer you a calm and safe environment to explore whatever is going on for you – whether it’s in your present, past or future.
My aim is to support you and help you find the confidence and resources to understand and manage life’s challenges in a way that feels right for you.
I work as a counsellor in the NHS supporting NHS staff with a range of issues. I also work as a Development and Career Coach. I have a particular interest in supporting people struggling with work issues, or trying to maintain a work-life balance. But have experience working with a range of issues.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a number of therapeutic models including Person Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and CBT.
I deal with a wide range of issues including stress, depression and anxiety. I understand what it is like to feel overwhelmed, stuck or confused.
I have supported people going through numerous issues including life changes, bereavement, the menopause and work-life balance. I also work with clients to help them process difficulties in the past which may be impacting on them in their present.
I offer both short and long term therapy and coaching, including single session coaching and counselling.
