Lorna Rowson
Person-centred counsellor specialising in working with neurodivergent people and GSRD.
My name is Lorna (she/they) and I’m a Person Centred counsellor based in Gloucestershire.
I am diagnosed Autistic and (combined) ADHD and I am also poly, Queer, perimenopausal and increasingly witchy (these things are almost certainly all linked).

I offer remote (phone/video) and face to face sessions in Gloucester and Stroud, specialising in working with neurodivergent people and GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity).
I also have experience working with identity disorders. I sometimes use Tarot as a therapeutic tool for those who are interested in that approach.
My practice is neuro-affirming, sex- and kink-positive and anti-oppressive, which means that you are free to bring everything you are, allowing us to work together with our full selves on whatever is troubling you at the moment.
As non-normative individuals, people can assume that our struggles are linked to the to the ways in which we are different. I understand first hand that, whilst that is sometimes true, it’s far from always being the case.
Whether you are struggling with your identity, or looking for somebody who won’t pigeon hole you because of it, I would love to help.
