What I offer

Sometimes life can be really challenging and overwhelming. Although it may feel daunting, it can be so helpful to talk things through with an empathic, understanding and non-judgmental counsellor. I provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which we can explore whatever is troubling you, with kindness and compassion.

My practice is grounded in making links between the past and the present. I believe that each individual is shaped by their upbringing and past relationships. By exploring this together, we can better understand how those early experiences impact on current behaviours and relationships.

Sessions are at a regular time each week and last for 50 minutes.
