I am an Emergency Medicine Speciality Doctor with a special interest in Aesthetic Medicine. I am passionately committed in using well-researched and evidence-based techniques in order to achieve the best possible results for my clients.
About me
I am an Emergency Medicine Speciality Doctor with 15 years experience in the NHS and a special interest in Aesthetic Medicine. I hold a Master’s degree (Distinction) in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine awarded by the University of Manchester.
I see Aesthetics as a form of art, which is backed by science, and I am passionately committed in utilising well-researched and evidence-based techniques in order to achieve the best possible results for my clients.
Making a positive impact on my patients’ lives has been the most satisfying part of my career. Aesthetics have offered me the opportunity to express my artistic inclination, and thankfully many of the academic and practical skills acquired during my medical career have been transferrable to aesthetics. I have entered the field well-equipped to provide the level of care that my clients would expect.
Having a full registration with the General Medical Council, and the benefit of my 15 years experience, my clients can rest assured that they are in the safe hands of a fully qualified doctor.
What I offer
As an Aesthetic Doctor, I offer three core services:
Anti-wrinkle Injections – These are muscle relaxant injections which eliminate wrinkles by temporarily blocking the nerve signals to the muscles of facial expression. Areas commonly treated are the horizontal forehead lines, the vertical lines between the eyebrows (also known as the glabella) and the lines around the eyes (crow’s feet).
Dermal Fillers – Dermal Fillers are injectable products which aim to correct volume loss and reshape and contour the face. They consist of hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring gel.
Chemical Peels – Chemical peels are treatments that aim to refine and improve the quality of the skin. They work by removing layers of skin, which are then replaced by newer and healthier-looking skin.
My commitment to post-treatment aftercare is an additional layer of safety as I am always available to deal with any questions or concerns. This comes at no additional cost as I feel that continuity of care is an ethical obligation owed to my clients.
