Gina Moppett
Offering therapeutic support for a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns and providing a welcoming space to people from all walks of life.
Hello, my name is Gina. I’m a qualified, trauma informed, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship, using the person-centred approach to create a space where trust can develop and where you can feel heard and deeply valued. My work includes, but is not limited to, creative therapeutic modalities which aim to help you gain greater clarity and self-understanding.
I provide both online counselling to UK based and international clients as well as face-to-face therapy sessions in Stroud. My therapeutic support extends to a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns and is a welcoming space to people from all walks of life!

I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, bereavement, trauma, addiction and abuse. My work also supports those experiencing eco-related distress or feelings of overwhelm due to the climate and ecological crisis. I aim to help those who have been directly or indirectly affected by the crisis, have committed to climate activism or are the family/friends of activists. This includes people from minority and under-represented backgrounds.
Additionally, I offer counselling support to people from the BAME, BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities. I work with a psychologically informed understanding of intersectionality and the challenges that come from oppression and generational trauma. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and allow you to reach a place of self-understanding and healing, to break generational cycles and build resilience.
