Oli is a Certified Yoga teacher, offering yoga classes specifically tailored to those who are pregnant.

About me

Having originally trained to be a circus performer and actress, I found yoga and pilates to be my saviour from injury and anxiety in this industry. As my passion for personal practice grew, I also discovered inner child healing work. This led me to believe that working predominantly with pregnant women allowed for a combination of the two. Finding a safe space for mother and child to start their journey together is of great importance and I feel humbled by being a part of that.

What I offer

Pregnancy Yoga
My unique prenatal yoga class goes well beyond simply modifying yoga poses. I encourage community in the group and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible.

We will address any aches or pains in your body so you will feel more at ease, make poses adaptable and your transition through different trimesters as smooth as possible.

I aim for the class and the individual to relax and have fun whilst being pregnant. We work on different techniques ranging from pranayam in preparation for labour to balances, adapting each exercise so everyone is involved and feeling supported. Alongside this, there is meditation for mum and baby allowing some time to really focus on the body and welcome in rest.
