I specialise in helping women reclaim their health and confidence from the hidden effects of anxiety and stress, often coupled with feelings of not being good enough.  Please message me to book a free 15 minute consultation.

In July 2023 and again in July 2024, I was recognised by the UK Enterprise Awards for my services helping women to transform their physical and emotional health.

Mind and body are deeply connected.  Anxiety and stress doesn’t only affect your thoughts and emotions; it can manifest physically as fatigue, pain, sleep problems, IBS or even weight gain.

I am passionate about the work that I do because I see that so many women in the years leading up to menopause see an unnecessary decline in their happiness, energy levels and general health along with unwelcome changes in body composition, gut health, sleep and stress levels.

I believe that good health and happiness go hand in hand, so don’t let life pass you by while you wait to feel better, to find the energy to do your best work, to be your best self, to do the things you love.

What I offer

Whilst I work with women (and sometimes men) of all ages, I specialise in helping women over 30 who feel uncomfortable in their own skin and want to:

  • Overcome anxiety & stress.
  • Feel healthy, vibrant and confident.
  • Alleviate menopause and hormonal symptoms such as anxiety, bloating, sleep issues, brain fog and hot flushes naturally.
  • Resolve digestive issues.
  • Normalise health markers such as cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
  • Have more energy.
  • Improve body composition.
  • Release weight (particularly abdominal, visceral fat). Most clients consistently lose 1lb – 2lb in a healthy way each week.

BWRT stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy.  It is a powerful and cutting edge therapy that can help you with the physical and emotional effects of anxiety and stress including weight gain, digestive issues, feelings of failure, imposter syndrome, feeling not good enough, low self esteem, phobias, guilt, relationship issues, sleep, binge eating, cravings, trauma (and many more things too!)
