What I offer

Socrates said ‘when our feet hurt, we hurt all over’, and he wasn’t wrong. Poor foot health can lead to pain and discomfort and many people benefit from professional foot care in order to increase mobility and improve quality of life. My primary role is to help people with foot problems or potential foot problems, not just by offering treatments but also by giving advice to help maintain and improve foot health. Diabetes sufferers are at higher risk of developing foot problems and I offer regular monitoring along with maintenance to keep the feet in the best possible condition.

Feet are strangely emotive parts of the body – you either love them or hate them and I find it hugely rewarding to be able to offer treatments that make people more at ease with their feet, both physically and aesthetically. I can help if you can’t comfortably cut your own toenails (or fingernails), if you have a skin or nail condition in need of treatment, or if you need a fix for feet that you don’t want to be seen in public.

I work with people of all ages, but also play an important role in helping older or disabled people to stay pain free, mobile and independent.

Clients may like to visit for a one off session, or establish a regular footcare routine.
