Caroline Wood

I can enable you to find resolution with your past or present issues, or equip you with communication skills or emotional regulation skills so that you can live with more ease in the present.

About me

My name is Caroline Wood, an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and I have been in counselling practice since graduating in 2013. I have been working in the therapy profession for more than 30 years, starting as a Shiatsu practitioner. Before this I was a ceramic artist/potter, teaching pottery to adults and children. I find that being outdoors in nature is essential for my whole wellbeing.

I look forward to working with you with empathy and confidentiality, as you find your journey back to your own sense of wellbeing.
