I’m a transformational coach certified by Third Wave and the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, and also a certified Narrative Coach. I help people experience more meaning and joy in their lives.

I’m a trauma-sensitive coach (like so many of us, I have a history of childhood trauma), I welcome neurodivergent clients (I’m AuDHD), and I love to pull on the generative power of archetypes, dreamwork, and creativity in helping my clients access and integrate psyche.

I’m also a corporate escapee who thankfully overcame my left-brained business consultancy background to create a life I love. I now support others to break free of the roles, masks and patterns that constrain them, to create more meaningful, satisfying lives.

Life’s too short to put up with anything – career, relationships, negative thoughts or limiting beliefs – that doesn’t feel meaningful and joyful to you.

My mission is to help you find your way back to what truly matters….and then to redesign your life on your own terms.

As a coach I guide clients through the ‘messy middle’ of life, reframing that feeling of ‘is this it?’ as a juicy opportunity for reinvention and expansion.

My approach combines:

Story – What stories do you tell to and about yourself? Where did they come from? How do they constrain and restrict you? What new stories would you love to author?

Somatics – What is your body trying to tell you that you’re ignoring or suppressing? And what does your body have to say about what matters and what you long for?

Psychedelic Integration – Do you find it hard to step out of your habitualised ways of thinking, feeling, and reacting? If you’re working with psychedelics, integration coaching can help minimise the risks and maximise the benefits of enhanced neuroplasticity, creating new perspectives, rewiring negative patterns and opening up new opportunities.
