I am a Life, Leadership and Career Coach offering safe and supportive coaching virtually and in-person to help clients who want more from their life or career.

About me

I’m an experienced and certified coach with a background in corporate change and project management with an MSc in psychology.  I have supported multiple coaching clients find happiness and wellness in new roles that bring fulfilment, navigate executive level promotion, balance life over work, move on from pain and build social support networks.

I worked for some of the world’s most successful companies to deliver their people change programmes and improve how they’re delivered. Now I use my experience to help individuals who want more from their life, or career with two of my early clients being former bosses!

Having worked on some of the biggest projects in the UK, led teams of over 100 people across the world (including New York) and budgets of $140 million I know what leadership responsibility feels like, and what works in supporting others to succeed.

I’ve also hit bricks walls in my personal life so understand it’s not easy to navigate leadership, balance work and life, change or loss. But I do know it is possible to grow from pain – as I have with coaching support. Sometimes the hardest part of changing is getting unstuck because you don’t know where you’re headed.

What I offer

I offer safe and supportive coaching virtually and in-person to help clients move to what matters. Standing still or moving sideways aren’t the only options and our first conversation is FREE.

Clients typically want help with: feeling stuck; dealing with a major life change; wanting more from their life, career or business growth; experiencing imposter syndrome, perfectionism or burnout.

Drawing from 20 years leading others, several therapeutic approaches, training in psychology, coaching and change means I can intuitively position questions that:

  • Define what your ideal future looks like – Solution Focused Therapy;
  • Understand how past experiences may hold us back, how to reframe thoughts and try new techniques (CBT);
  • Reflect, respect and accept all of who you are without judgement and find ways to overcome negative internal voices (Person-centred Therapy);
  • Create plans for change and put them into action including reflection-based homework that generates quality thinking (Coaching);
  • Practice communicating intentions with key life partners, peers and leaders (Mentoring);
  • Maintain accountability – as set by you, of you – to keep on track in reaching your goals (Leadership).

I also provide Energy Leadership and Risk Type assessments to help understand how you can adapt to situations and decisions.
